LEGAL INFORMATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

This legal notice regulates the conditions of use of the Internet portal www.fortaps.com (hereinafter, the Portal) that FORTAPS S.L. makes available to Internet users through its various Web pages.

The fact of continuing the navigation through this Portal or the use of any of the proposed services will imply the acceptance of these conditions:

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE PORTAL

The mere access to the Portal does not imply the establishment of any type of commercial relationship between FORTAPS S.L. and the user. The User undertakes to make correct use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will respond to FORTAPS S.L. or against third parties, of any damages that may be caused as a result of the breach of said obligation. Access to the Portal is free, the user being responsible for the costs derived from Internet access.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FORTAPS S.L. does not guarantee the contents of the Portal or of third parties included in it, are free of any error, the owner of the Portal is not responsible or assures its veracity, suitability or the consequences that occur from the use of these. Similarly, the contents of this Portal are of a general nature and do not constitute, in any way, the provision of a specific service. The owner of the Portal is not responsible for the existence of viruses, worms, or any other equivalent element, the user being solely responsible for providing the necessary mechanisms to avoid the verification of damage to their equipment or information systems. 

THIRD.-
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

This website is protected by current legislation on the protection of intellectual and industrial property. The contents that can be found on the Portal, by way of example, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of FORTAPS SL or third parties, without any exploitation rights over them being understood to be assigned to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the Portal. If you consider that you have any rights to the contents of the Portal, contact those responsible for it in order to have them removed from the site. 

QUARTER.-
LINKS TO THE PORTAL

The introduction of links to the portal is allowed, however these must point directly to the initial page in full. To establish any other type of link, the interested party must have the written authorization of the Portal administrators. It is strictly forbidden, regardless of the type of link made to the Portal, to establish any mechanism that allows the display of content through a site other than the Portal.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

FORTAPS S.L. informs users that, by providing their personal data, by sending forms or emails to the different email addresses provided on the Portal, users give their express and unequivocal consent for FORTAPS S.L. can treat them for statistical purposes, as well as send the user commercial information about products or services provided or may provide FORTAPS SL The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification and cancellation and opposition, in accordance with the provisions of the LOPD and Other concordant regulations, by sending the owner of the portal a written and signed request, including your name, surname and a photocopy of the DNI or other valid supporting document, in which you request the exercise of these rights.

DURATION AND MODIFICATION

These conditions of use of the Portal are indefinite. FORTAPS S.L. reserves the right to unilaterally modify these conditions when it deems it appropriate. Any modification will take effect at the time it is published on this page of the Portal. 

SEVENTH.-
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

The terms and conditions that govern the Portal, as well as the relationships that may arise are protected and are subject to Spanish law. For the resolution of any type of controversy, litigation or discrepancy that may arise between the user and FORTAPS S.L., through the use of the Portal, it is agreed to submit them to the Courts and Tribunals of Tarragona.
